PLATEMAKING

Our Flexo platemaking department was constructed as part of a major extension to the premises. Custom built, it features the latest in photopolymer exposure systems with 'fast frame' technology and flow-line processing.

With recent additions including a Spark XT CDI digital flexo plate imaging system and Dupont Cyrel Fast 1000D system, we are now able to offer a comprehensive range of platemaking facilities.

By employing experienced platemakers, giving them a state of the art working environment and the finest materials, customers have reported that we are able to produce plates that are the envy of our competitors.
